I have a BTech in Software Engineering as well as many post study certificates, and I am passionate about creating innovative and scalable solutions for complex and dynamic business needs.I lead and integrate with diverse and multi-disciplined teams, across internal and external development, product, project, sales, and customer groups, leveraging a broad range of technologies and skillsets. I have full product development lifecycle experience and I have driven improvements through Agile/Scrum and ITIL processes. I have also managed budgets, resources, and processes through periods of both positive and negative growth, re-organising and re-focusing engineering functions and project focus to improve productivity and efficiency. Some of my key achievements include delivering multiple software and firmware solutions to Global Fortune 1000 companies, increasing employment resource through internal recruitment and third-party contracting abroad, and taking ownership of business and testing processes to enhance quality and performance.
