Published various papers in the trade and agriculture value chains development space.Major Achievements• Designed and managed projects in the leather, horticulture, coffee and agro-processing value chains, valued at US$35 million dollars, targeting more than 3200 people and 19 countries in Africa. • Designed 11 leather value strategies, and built the capacity of 600 MSMEs, established MSMEs Clusters in 11 African countries, including purchasing of equipment and facilitating intra-regional trade and access to finance.• Appraised project proposals from across world as a consultant for FAO (Rome), which were submitted to Common fund for Commodities and recived funding worth US$15 million dollars• Prepared feasibility studies, investment profiles and business plans for MSMEs Clusters in Eastern and Southern Africa for projects worth more than US$4,5 million• Designed the first Alliance for Commodity Trade in Eastern and Southern Africa (ACTESA) strategy, which was subsequently endorsed by the Council of Ministers of the Common Market in Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) in 2011.
