For the past 15 years, I have been passionately involved in planning and designing sustainable private homes, hospitality spaces, interiors for AAA corporate buildings, factory built modular homes, demountable Interior walls and office furniture. Being culturally and design diversified has extended more opportunities in designing and building sustainably across the continent of Africa and the Islands of Bahamas.I am proficient at directing most aspects of design projects; working with clients and determining their needs, preparing design presentations and proposals. I also offer skills in contract negotiations, budgeting, programming, clients’ relations and working with consultants and subcontractors on design and installation activities.In addition to being a Polyglot, I am trained and experienced in variety of computer programs which includes: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up and Adobe programs. Experience and training has taught me an important lesson: Sustainability needs to be the default starting point for every designer, Inventor and most importantly the consumer because the alternative is an inhabitable planet for our future generations.Perhaps you are currently in need of a determined designer with first hand management skills and strong creative flair.
