Working with a varied portfolio of Private Equity, Real Estate and Plc's, duties include:- Maintaining statutory records of companies, including updating Registers of directors, secretaries, debentures, members, allotments, charges on Companies House- Proficient use of Blueprint Oneworld software including keeping company registers up to date and filings with Companies House including CS01's- Incorporating companies, Share transfers, dividend payments, dissolving companies, share allotments, drafting and filing capital reduction documentation with Companies House- Preparation of Agendas, circulation of annual cycles, circulation and drafting of board materials, Board meeting attendance and minutes taking- Incorporating companies- Ensuring company compliance of Corporate Governance best practice- Administering extensive range companies at various levels in complex structures- Collating and administering internal compliance with necessary KYC documentation
