Associate Project Manager/Chief Of Staff
Current• Oversees the execution of strategic business initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads• Assists and communicates with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation• Improves current processes and optimizes organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity• Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational operations; locates knowledge and skills gaps and help address them• Serves as the project manager of key Platinum Technologies strategic initiatives by developing action plans, driving deadlines to closure, and assisting the Sr. Leadership Team with the preparation, execution, and dissemination of communications• Leads special projects to facilitate the operations and growth of Platinum Technologies (To include but not limited to; business development, company website redesign, company rebranding, marketing and corporate certifications• Serves as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning• Oversees daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, and performs administrative tasks such as managing accountabilities, projects, generating correspondence, maintaining electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
