Provide detailed finance support for the Consumer Marketing and Enterprise Marketing teams. Responsible for monitoring the budgets used to create marketing forecasts for anticipated revenues and expenses in the upcoming year over numerous marketing campaigns. Utilize accrual accounting to measure what expenses are owed in the short-term and what revenue is expected from all active and upcoming campaigns. Additional responsibilities include quarterly forecast adjustments, market research, trend analysis, and target focus which are presented in campaign review decks to leadership. • Contribute technical and analytical support in a global markets operations support function for the Securitization Finance and Mortgage Finance front desks.• Fulfillment Processes – read and interpret legal docs such as credit agreements, FCAR’s, CAM’s, Flow of Funds, etc. to build newly closed loan syndication deals in ACBS• Monitor the daily servicing of all deals to ensure all customer requests are satisfied

• Analyst managing a complex portfolio of syndicated loans corresponding with Borrowers via email and phone to process their financial needs and resolve customer issues• Process loan activity in Loan IQ – advances, paydowns, interest payments, fee payments, quarterly payments• Partner with counterparties and the trading desk to facilitate loan position trades in ClearPar
