Online Education Services has been responsible for the management and design the hugely successful Swinburne Online via integration with the Salesforce platform. This was my first attempt at changing industries. I started out as a Transition Officer, moved to the training team, then shortly after I was promoted to Senior Transition Officer. New tasks involved managing a team of Transition Officers, liaising with Project Team Leads, analysing work output for quality assurance purposes, acting as a presenter for in-house training sessions, and assisting LTU with learning management system training sessions.

Hired to gather information and requirements in order to migrate the University's Higher Education learning management system content to Canvas. This involved building relationships with University stakeholders, and analysing the course content offered on the Blackboard learning management system for the Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology, and Faculty of Business & Law.

Started out as an in-house coffee machine technician, and then became the key on-site/installation technician for Victoria.

I joined the company as an apprentice espresso machine technician. I quickly showed my proficiency in managing operations of the domestic service desk, then worked my way up to managing the in-house technicians and spare parts warehouse. I became a valuable employee that streamlined general in-house service centre operations, and was even trusted to manage commercial service operations while the Operations Manager was on leave.
