Grow WellCare’s health provider network through; negotiations and contract creation with new providers, contract re-negotiation with current providers for rate updates and new lines of business, support provider claims and credentialing efforts, introduce and support, state and companywide, provider quality incentives, and act as the primary contact for provider related issues in Western New York.

Act as the primary contact person for all Medicaid Providers resolving any issues, questions, and concerns regarding the upcoming implementation of the New York Medicaid Management System. Train and notify providers with any updates to the system and communicate information from the Department of Health regarding changes for Medicaid FFS and the NYMMIS system.

Manage daily coordination, organization, and communication efforts regarding multiple deadline driven public health projects in the 9 county Finger Lakes area.Facilitate meetings of community healthcare stakeholders to create and implement healthcare initiatives that are aimed at improving community health outcomes.Analyze healthcare data and report findings to key stakeholders.

Create and maintain mutually profitable relationships with clients. Prospect and sign new clients within the greater Buffalo and Rochester Regions. Track sales and record sales numbers and monthly projections.

Create custom orthotic and prosthetic devices for patients. Interact with patients ensuring all their needs are met. Work with physicians, practitioners, and admin when required, as to provide the highest quality product for the patient.

Day to day management of the Service Center, as planned with the service center manager.Help in the hiring and training of new employees.Ensure the service center is running at a profit, and exceeding custom service goals.Follow-up with any custom service failures and create an environment where service failures are minimal, and clients are treated fairly with openness and honesty.

Create a comprehensive report for seven rural counties in upstate New York on disparities in dental health availability for the non and under insured. Help the agency with major presentations, primarily the rochester 2020 report.
