As part of the Flight Structures and Integration team:- Designed and installed structural partitions, VCCs (Video Control Centers), ground maneuver camera systems (landscape camera), and other integral monuments on Boeing 757, 777, and 777-300ER aircraft.- Created an original lavatory design integrated on Bombardier Global 6500s.Core Responsibilities:- Manage preliminary and critical design reviews.- Collaborate with stress, flammability, manufacturing, and electrical engineers to ensure designs meet specified requirements.- Work closely with potential suppliers to ensure parts can be manufactured cost-effectively.- Initiate and support preliminary testing for unsubstantiated designs to validate their feasibility.

• Magnesium welding project enabling new product development by thoroughly defining and testing existing and prospective joining methods: o Developed coupon designs for tension and drop tests. o Guided manufacturing for coupons to be welded using TIG, laser, and electron beam methods. o Performed microscopy to analyze porosity, grain structure, and surface roughness using ImageJ.

Using SolidWorks FEA and optimization tools, maximized the cost efficiency of an original T-bracket design, for a delivery drone to support a load of 20 lbs (second best performing design).
