Responsible for coordinating mental health referrals for children and families who come to the Child Advocacy Center.

Responsibilities Include:- Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work)- Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism- Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals- Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs- Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported- Monitors and evaluates data towards goal progress

- Directed the day-to‐day operations and long-term vision of York College of PA's downtown campud including Marketview Arts and the Center for Community Engagement.- Collaborated with York College of PA faculty, students, and administrators to develop and facilitate cultural and project based learning opportunities as well as co- and extra-curricular events and programs. - Developed and managed relationships with non-profit organizations, community leaders, and local businesses to provide community resources for York College students and faculty including programs, support systems, mentorship, and internship opportunities.- Partnered with York College faculty and administrators, student art scholars, and community arts representatives to develop annual arts exhibition schedule and create programming targeting topics of cultural engagement and social justice associated with each exhibition. - Directed scheduling and contracting for events at York College's downtown campus including private events (weddings, birthdays, etc), community programs (arts fleas, school banquets, etc), and gatherings for local businesses and non-profits (business meetings and retreats, educational forums, etc).- Managed leases for professional art studios and residential apartment housing at Marketview Arts.- Developed a diverse community of professional studio artists at Marketview Arts.

- Managed six residence life facilities housing approximately 500 first year and upperclassmen students-Selected, trained, and supervised 14 student staff members - Directed the planning and implementation of programming and community development initiatives within the residence halls-Supported student staff with the mediation of conflict and crisis situations-Adjudicated alleged student conduct violations to facilitate educational conversations regarding prosocial behavior and wise decision making-Planned and implemented volunteer opportunities, including the creation of Spartan Service Day, which in its first year engaged more than 200 students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the York City Mayoral Office in volunteer projects across the York City community-Collaborated with esteemed faculty and staff, young alumni, and local business leaders to facilitate campus-wide leadership programming sessions

Weekly school psychology practicum intern, assisting in direct classroom observations, assessment administration, report writing, and one-on-one and group social skills building.

Organize in-hall and campus-wide social and educational programs, ensure the comfort and safety of residents, supervise a group of resident assistants within an upperclass residence hall, and hold customer service and disciplinary meetings with residents. I also acted as a member of a committee to gather data, collaborate with other Pennsylvania state universities, and rewrite Millersville University's residence hall lockout policy.
