Master Recycler/Composter, Dakota County: As trained Master Recycler/Composters (MRC's) we assist and educate the public in both championing the 3 R's and utilization of composting. The 3 R's include Reducing consumption of all things, Reusing what can be, and Recycling or composting what's left. This is to reduce the pressure our consumption puts on resources and minimize the use of landfills to the greatest extent possible. We share our knowledge whenever possible; whether it be within organizations, at events we administrate 3R/Composting functions, or with any individual who has an interest
