-Coordinated local and environmental compliance efforts, permitting, and field- based activities in support of multi million dollar electrical utility construction projects for 50+ ongoing projects at a time. -Managed 5 teams of consultants and 4 subcontractors. Provided compliancetraining to project and construction personnel requiring access to project workareas as per each individual permit. -Developed, reviewed and implemented 200+ outreach and management plans to support project developments through siting, permitting, construction and close out. -Led and organized 10+ public hearings with local governments in order to obtain variance's, special exceptions, and zoning changes to support the construction of electrical utility projects

Conducts follow up visits as needed to assist facilities with returning to compliance without enforcement. • When necessary, recommends enforcement action. Drafts enforcement documents, and coordinates and leads enforcement meetings. • Responds to, investigates and takes steps to resolve complaints. • Reviews permit applications and draft permits, as necessary, to ensure the final permit meets State regulatory requirements.• Conceives, supports, participates and assists in the execution of compliance assistance workshops for the regulated community and District employee cross-training.
