As an experienced YMCA professional, I have spent over fourteen years partnering with association leadership and boards in managing summer camps, overseeing large budgets, leading staff, and developing programs. I have also been highly involved in fundraising efforts and implementing capital improvements. My strong leadership skills have enabled me to create a camper-centered, cause-driven culture and engage volunteers in meaningful experiences. I am an effective communicator who can articulate the YMCA’s mission and impact to both individuals and large groups in the community. It is my goal to create opportunities for your youths personal growth through safe, fun, magical and educational experiences in the outdoors.
