Sourcing of print to internal print facility (Print to Mail) and outside printing vendors. Client support, print file prep, linking of digital media in corporate Virtual Supply system. Work in following software: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Publisher, Microsoft Word and Excel, Avanti DocMIS workflow system.

● Print to Mail Help Desk Operator. Coordination of output production and mailing collation. Internal customer liaison. Work with PTM management, internal customers from numerous departments, and print and inserting operators to oversee, execute, and prepare for shipping/mailing of most print jobs. ● Job Administration for monochrome print work via the Avanti DocMIS workflow system, including transfer and setup of black and white print files to Xerox laser printers. Was part of the original implementation of the Avanti system in 2009. Proficient in use of Avanti Order Entry, CRM, Job Manager, Shop Floor and Shipping modules.● Operate Docutech, EPS and inline bindery printer job submission tools and Xerox Digipath to send print files to printer workloads. ● Catchall for various miscellaneous jobs. ● Work with various office software including Windows, Word, Access, and Excel.
