• Design, order, and receive apparel and promotional items• Hire, train and schedule retail employees• Run POS reports along with end of month reports• Create sale promotions for team store and online store• Manage online store websites, along with fulfillment of online orders• Game day manager of multiple Team Stores and Authentic jerseys auction booths• Manage and run quarterly inventories• Perform bank deposits after each home game• Identify and contact group leads for games• Work with group leaders to execute group nights• Use Adobe software to create and design corporate marketing material, and group flyers• Organize retail and ticket sales bundles• Account representative for select season ticket holders• Organize and execute corporate sponsors in ice logos and dasher board logos
