We deal with funding companies who need their title work processed, their lien perfected and the title transferred into their clients name/address. We also manage several companies PFR fleet and assist them with their needs concerning their fleet such as new plates, stickers, transfers and/or issue that may arise. We work in all states with a division specifically for CA and another division specifically for out of state work. Our goal is to work inline with our clients in keeping their fleets current, legal and on the road relieving the stress of dealing with DMV and registration/titling headaches from them. We always strive for excellence, efficiency and a good relationship and more than not we reach our goals and keep our clients happy.

We are a Christmas Tree & Wreath Company that provides Christmas Trees & Wreaths to local organizations for the sole purpose of fundraising for their sports or activity groups. We facilitate their sales, organize / place their order, handle pick up / delivery, deal with quality control and customer satisfaction. My wife and I started this company back in 2008 when we realized the demand for good gear or materials for sports teams and activity groups within our school districts and non-profit organizations. My wife and I both participated in sports our entire life and experienced using old gear or gear that was faulty. So we wanted to do our part in helping other kids not have to experience that or not be able to participate in a group because of insufficient funds.

This is a pool service, repair and delivery company that I started back in 2008 that is now managed by my wife and field manager. I built this company from the ground up and now is a successful running business that continues to meet clients pool needs and show growth year after year. Through the building of this company I was able to apply the skills and ideas I have learned and see how they directly apply to the building of a new company in a specific space.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine and so out of college I decided to spend some time working and learning that industry as an agent as well as an investor. Since I am an entrepreneur at heart I decided to step back from the sales end of Real Estate and focus more on the investment and rental end of it as an owner / flipper instead of a sales rep for others.
