Started as a graduate metallurgist with Tolukuma Gold Mines operated then by Durban Roodeport Deep (DRD) of South Africa for 5 years before joining world class Lihir gold mine (6 years), Ok Tedi mining another world class mine (2 years) and now Kainantu Gold Mine (5 years) - bulk sulphide flotation plant processing gold tellurides .
