    I joined Esportudo at the early stages of the business. We are a digital sports media company that focuses in Brazilian sports. Our differential is the way that we aggregate sports articles from various different sources, produce more engaging and young content (as opposed to more traditional sports outlets in Brazil), and how you are able to personalize your sports page - which helps in segmentation for marketing purposes. As a small startup, multiple responsibilities have to be fulfilled by all. My focus is on the marketing/sales side of the company. However, I am also active on the website planning/enhancements, translation of documents from English to Portuguese, recruiting authors to join Esportudo's community, reaching out to school to setup seminars/fairs, etc. Esportudo is the best thing that happened to me. Analyzing results of FB campaignsThe core team includes myself and 5 more. Therefore responsibilities change and we are constantly shifting gears to help each other our or solve something unexpected.     This is a small sustainable architecture bureau and also certifies building with green certifications such as: BREEAM, LEED and AQUAI got to learn a lot about sustainable certifications and sustainable system for residential homes and commercial buildings.Primarily, I was in charge of the company's marketing in social media and email campaigns.However, several other tasks were delegated for my responsibility.I translated documents from english to portuguese, assessed building's certification score and analyzed (with co-worker) how they could improve their score and become more sustainable.
