Play live music with an artist or band as hired, Music director as hired for artists and Houses of worship, Live and Studio Music production for various artists, and bands. Set up, maintain, and tear down audio and lighting systems for large and small conference style events. Implement creative ideas. Be attentive to high pressure and stress situations and creatively solve problems on the fly. Work with special guests, talent, and bands to establish a positive conference flow. Attend to all needs required by talent/special guests.

The role of the music director is to provide worship music and video content. They will be responsible for getting together an audio team, video team, and location for filming and producing content. The music director will oversee the worship leaders and bands that are a part of each video shoot. He will provide a list of songs, rehearsal material (bpm, song keys, Charts, arrangements…) and a list of expectations leading up to each video shoot. Unless otherwise specified, the music director will post- mix and master all recorded audio for digital streaming services, and for video content that will be released. The music director is held responsible for recruiting musicians and talent. They will supervise and oversee all video, audio, crew, and band members on set.

Stage management, training and development volunteers, run audio for weekend services in a high stress environment, run lighting for weekend services, maintain and repair audio equipment and instruments as needed, develop creative ideas for stage design and future band set up, and soldering.Scissor Lift Certified.
