My task is to work with a team to build a drag and drop website builder specifically for our non-technical customer facing teams.‬‭- Built out multiple features in WebMason an internal web design tool‬‭ for non-technical customer facing team members.‬‬‭ - Created custom components in Window Forms that export into‬‭ Microsoft Blazor web applications.‬‭ - Met DHI customers to gather feedback and improve Accounts Payable‬‭ banking product based on customer feedback.‬

My role as a mail processor is an integral part of operations and servicing of DHI clients. As a part of a team together we accurately and efficiently process between 5,000 and 50,000 statements daily. On average my team and I will service 15 clients daily. I have experience processing statements on both the neopost 1200 and neopost 200.

I focus on business strategic and tactical operations. I assisted in the development of a system to streamline the whole execution from prospecting to delivery of parts. This has allowed us to take on 2 new customers and develop countless other relationships with potential customers. I also implemented and optimized a new ERP system (Fulcrum). This will allow us to work lean and plan ahead for product demand efficiently.

I assemble electronic components that were designed by our engineers. The assembly includes soldering wires and relays, inspection, programming, and potting using resin epoxy. We service defense, military and marine electronic applications.

Worked to help build and expand Manti Manufacturing by sourcing new products as well as managing inventory. I have taken over the responsibilities of processing new purchase orders and work orders using QuickBooks.
