Responsible for overseeing my Blending shift production involving planning and implementing the timely supply of quality products to our customer. I manage the shift to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, adherence to H+S aspects, ensure quality standards are maintained, ensure 5S is implemented across the department and that Continuous Improvement tasks are carried out effectively, manage disciplinary and grievance matters and oversee the development of the team both as a group and as individuals to ensure the team can work autonomously.

Responsible for ensuring production of high quality foods at an affordable price for our customers. My key role was to effectively run the shop in the proprietor's absence which involved management of the staff including labour allocation and payment, I was responsible for overseeing that cleanliness and hygene standards were maintained, stock control, maintaining a good rapourt with the customers and being the go to person as the head chef behind the fryers.
