-Supervise the night shipping and handling sta , including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards, and evaluating performances.-Maintain warehouse sta job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees to ensure quality work performance.-Lead a team of employees and manage the receiving, stocking, item slotting, order selecting, shipping, and e ciency of the warehouse, as well as prepare the next production team for the upcoming shift.-Run scheduled reports to support warehouse activities.-Participate in strategic team meetings to determine goals andobjectives and share information with sta .-Train employees on pit equipment such as; forklifts, cherrypickers, pallet jacks/riders, and other various equipment andmachines.-Interact with inventory control and quality assurance to ensureproduct demand for vendors-Ensure all employees are in compliance and following policy andprocedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.-Ensure products are properly selected and loaded onto coolerreefer.-Ensure quality checks, temperature checks on all reefers beforeand after the order is selected and loaded.
