August 2017-decmeber 2018. - Supervised and managed 25 Sailors in the daily tasking of the 3M Maintenance, material management program. - Familiar with the use of the Navy's SKED Preventative Maintenance System to plan, organize, direct and record manpower and material resources used to support the maintenance required for the division. - Scheduled maintenance checks weekly including check specifically needed prior to ship underway's. - Led training on the maintenance program and how to conduct maintenance in accordance with Maintenance Requirement Card. A document used to direct how to complete a maintenance check on a valve, or equipment. - Led and trained 25 Maintenance personnel on how to write jobs for equipment or gear that is broken using Organizational Maintenance Management System- Next Generation (OMMS-NG). Equipment that is broken or need to be repaired will be written in OMMS and will be repaired on ship or off ship depending on the severity and degradation of equipment.

Command Career Counselor May 2013- July 2014.- This position requires organization, people, and administrative skills to process paperwork, schedule meetings and know of changing Navy policies and how they affect Sailors. The knowledge of using Navy Career enhancing websites and tools too provide Sailors with the most up to date information on what is available to help them succeed in the Navy. - Directly responsible for leading junior counselors and facilitating Navy Pride and Professionalism course for Command Indoctrination for newly reporting sailors. - Managed and supervised 140 Senior and Junior personnel on career information and decisions. - Supervised and coordinated interviewing and counseling for Sailors on a routine basis. - Prepared and reviewed all Sailor's records before required Career Development Counseling's. 100 plus Career Development Boards scheduled and completed during my time in this position.
