I have over 9 years of experience working with machine learning, from performing research on state of the art models for industry applications to deploying machine learning models. Currently I'm a principal data scientist at BENlabs where I lead a team of three data scientists to build artificial intelligence for influencer marketing products. I’ve done virtually everything across the machine learning stack from developing proof of concept prototypes to designing and scaling APIs to deploy models. I have an extensive history of using data to create machine leaning based solutions to user problems and I love working with cross functional teams to bring them to life! Previously, I worked at 3M Health Information Systems as a data scientist, improving software for hospital administrative services. In this role I conducted research and development of models at the forefront of natural language understanding and deep learning. My work led to significant improvements to existing computer assisted coding tasks and new products for clinical documentation improvement.
