Responsible for conducting outreach across assigned accounts within the Southeast region of the US (previously Northeast and Canada). Using a variety of outbound channels to contact prospects (IT, EUC, and Digital Workplace leaders), qualify, and schedule discovery calls to introduce Nexthink. Daily responsibilities include:• Prospecting and adding leads into the CRM.• Qualifying leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.• Booking discovery calls and demos for my two sales reps.• Attending internal team meetings and external calls/demos.• Sharing ideas to improve team success.• Relationship building with prospects – inviting to events, making call backs, sharing new resources.• Leveraging tools - Zoominfo, Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach (sales engagement platform).
