- Generally responsible to oversee operations & production at the manufacturing facility. With such responsibility including, but not limited to: maintaining proper materials supply, setting optimum staffing levels; & reviewing/approving compliance documentation. - Will report to the owners & communicate w/ the Chief Compliance Officer, Quality Control Manager, Production Managers, Chemists & Production Staff to ensure effective, efficient & compliant manufacturing processes. - Ensure all personnel are aware of the importance of wearing the correct PPE that will be needed to work w/in the clean room environment.- Responsible to enforce any visitors entering the premises to change into the correct PPE in order to enter the clean room environment.- Ensure that staff are compliant with all company procedures.- Coordinate the various departments to establish a single ordering & supply management system. - Track volume levels of products, ingredients & supplies both manually and through reports to ensure an efficient resupply system.- Approves all purchases w/in NOWAVE and establishes relationships w/ the providers of all resources.- Negotiates rates w/ service providers from contactors & all other vendors of equipment, ingredients & services. - Maintain software system to track all inventory, sales & resource usage.

Responsible for developing and implementing regional logistics supply chain strategies and controlling the efficient flow of goods between points of origin (supplier, manufacturing plants, distribution centers) to customer order delivery. Ensures that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers. Partners with Customer Service to understand customer order needs, ensures department procedures are in place and correctly executed to support inbound replenishment order fulfillment and outbound customer order fulfillment. Responsible for the leadership of the day-to-day operational performance in the U.S. and Canada for managing 3PL providers in Rochester and Memphis, trade compliance, export customer service, carrier relationships, transportation, packaging and all associated budgets. Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls. Oversees the activities associated with IDEXX and all warehousing and distribution activities for Assay Manufacturing. Responsible for coordination of IDEXX communications in conjunction with the account manager.
