Upon graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato, I had taken up a position with Metal Supermarkets as store manager of the Burnsville location. After a year of managing our Burnsville location I moved into a new role as an Operations Specialist traveling to open new franchisee locations as well as setting up supply chains. I train all new franchisees in our Burnsville location along with etablished manager and CSR training virtually, and support various tasks within the operations team.
