The role involved regular interactions with the prime contractor and various other stakeholders, such as the project sponsor, technical authority and international colleagues. My responsibilities included; leading the monthly contract management meetings and risk reviews, managing monthly financial reporting, assisting at technical interchange meetings and leading and managing a number of support contracts through competitive tender. Whilst in this role, I attended a number of Association of Project Managers, Scheduling and Risk Management courses.
