- Lead a multi-functional project team, to establish on-time delivery of programme milestones and deliverables.- Ensure contract budgets are planned, loaded and controlled in line with Work Breakdown Structure- Ensure effective collaboration with project teams and internal/external stakeholders- Implement project management processes, tools and reporting mechanisms- Manage and control contract estimate-at-completion, revenue and margin in line with budget- Ensure robust workload forecasts are maintained- Plan and facilitate active risk management across projects, with a strong focus on mitigation activities- Ensure all Export Regulations are understood, adhered to and compliant

Project Manager to a Category A MoD project in the Assessment phase of the project life cycle. The role involved regular interactions with the prime contractor and various other stakeholders, such as the project sponsor, technical authority and international colleagues. My responsibilities included; leading the monthly contract management meetings and risk reviews, managing monthly financial reporting, assisting at technical interchange meetings and leading and managing a number of support contracts through competitive tender. Whilst in this role, I attended a number of Association of Project Managers, Scheduling and Risk Management courses.

Work within the Electrical Design Department, working on projects such as updating Electrical Load Schedules, Technical & Project Drawings and Electrical Reports.Also worked within the Maintenance and Reliability Department completing site-wide surveys, preventative maintenance tasks and reliability spreadsheets.
