CurrentMr. Resetar focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on general liability defense, transportation litigation, and products liability.As a part of his broad litigation practice, Mr. Resetar has assisted clients in a wide array of matters and legal issues, including premises liability, intentional tort, commercial motor vehicle casualty, wrongful death, products liability, negligent hiring, supervision, and retention, negligent security, legal malpractice, consumer contracts, contracts under the Uniform Commercial Code, construction defects, subrogation, violations of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, oil and gas disputes involving application of the 1989 and 2006 Ohio Dormant Mineral Act, real property tax valuation, bankruptcy, and criminal violations.Prior to his legal career,Mr. Resetar resided in Washington, D.C. and interned for then United States Representative and current United States Senator Rob Portman.
