I am a Director of Roberts Real Estate Advisory Limited which I founded after working for the past five years in the National Capital Markets team at Avison Young (Formerly GVA Grimley). I specialise in commercial property investment and development transactions across a range of sectors on behalf of institutions, property companies, developers and private investors.I achieved a 1st Class Honours degree with special RICS commendation in Estate Management from Kingston University London in 2001. To date I have 22 years experience in the commercial property industry specialising in Investment. I am Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (17 years post qualification) and I am an RICS Registered Valuer.I also founded Étoile Facilities Services Limited in 2019. Étoile is an ethical boutique facilities services company focused on social pay and fair values specialising in providing first class, security based, front desk and after-hours building concierge services to commercial property landlords. Since its inception, Étoile has developed from its concierge roots to now provide specialist industrial guarding and dog handling services, CCTV and remote security systems set up and monitoring which is conducted by our state of the art, 24/7 National Operations Centre in the Midlands. In addition, Étoile provides cleaning services alongside the concierge and security provision which aids property management efficiency and helps to reduce service charge costs.
