Membership Management:-Promote and manage the membership program, focusing on retention and acquisition, and engage with members to enhance their experience.-Additional development administration includes logging donations, ensuring that each donor receives a timely acknowledgement, and monthly reporting.Box Office Management:-Oversee daily box office operations, including ticket sales and customer inquiries, while maintaining accurate records.-Assist in creating strategies to maximize ticket sales and collaborate with the gallery team to promote artwork and merchandise.-Collaborate with marketing and event teams to implement promotional materials when appropriate and to ensure that lobby area is leveraged as a sales site.Gallery and Shop Sales:-Manage onsite shop and gallery sales. Stay up to date on inventory and exhibitions in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.Customer Engagement:-Provide exemplary service to patrons, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
