-Represented filmmakers who were on the verge of beginning principal photography on their ultra low budget feature films-Drafted contracts between the filmmaker and all of the actors, producers, and writers that took part in the films; as well as the master use and synchronization license agreements for music to be used in the film-Helped form an LCC for the films to ensure the filmmakers could engage in production while limiting personal liability

- Conducted legal and factual research for criminal defense, worker’s compensation, and personal injury litigation- Drafted subpoenas, interrogatories, discovery requests and answers, and motions to compel for litigation- Led client interviews and organized and reviewed documents for exhibit files to be submitted to court- Prepared memoranda, attended oral arguments, and evaluated police reports and witness statements
