As a front end team member in one of the largest and most successful stores in the company, my responsibilities are completely customer service based. Primarily, I work as a cashier, but I also bag groceries, collect and return shopping carts, return unwanted items to the correct places, and fulfill other requests as they are made. Additionally, I’ve been trusted with “boothie” permissions that allow me to assist customers with returns, refunds, exchanges, and other needs at the customer service booth.

As a work study assistant, my job was to assist on various projects under the supervision of staff office assistants, and perform other duties as requested. These often included copying and preparing exam packets for students in the School of Pharmacy, making inter-office and inter-college deliveries, and keeping track of office supplies in order to discard and replace them when needed.

As a student assistant, I worked with the main office staff, school librarians, and the head of the english and history departments. My jobs included data entry for summer orientation sign-ups and attendance for incoming students, fact-checking and copy editing summer reading lists, answering and directing phone calls, and running messages between the main office, library, and faculty.

As a junior camp counselor, I primarily interacted with children from the ages of five to thirteen. My responsibilities outside of keeping the kids safe and entertained were setting out board games and activities, cleaning floors and tables in the main area and the playground, and organizing the games and gymnasium closets.
