- Developed and launched the BMW Voice of the Customer Insight Campaign (VoCIC) that represents a completely new strategic customer listening Channel for BMW USA.- Managed the launch and implementation of the Voice of the Customer Mobile App. The app is now being actively used at 400+ BMW and MINI dealerships nationwide. It is a main contributor to improvements in our Issue Management and Resolution process.- Main responsible for VoC Program Quality ensured through Qualtrics Dashboard Development and Enhancements, Dealer Webinars and Training.- Analysis and structuring of BMW and MINI Product feedback including regular exchanges with our Call Centers, Engineering and stakeholders at BMW Headquarters in Munich to improve overall Product Quality and Experience.
