Early in my career I have had the great opportunity to learn the power of communication within the utility world. I believe communications help drive companies and business to another level. The ability to depict a picture and message to the community and audience at vast is a tool worth taking advantage of. My time with CDE has allowed me first hand to connect with the community through many different outlets. Being a representative between the utility and the community has allowed me to carry the companies mission and values directly to others. As well as the ability to participate in organizing and planning employee engagement activities. Prioritizing the greatest asset a company has, which lies in its employees. On top of this I have the privilege of being an events coordinator for workshops/trainings and meetings hosted by CDE Lightband. I look forward to continuing the growth of my professional career, and already value dearly what all I have learned in my short time in the utility world. While I am not certain what plan lies ahead for me this early in my career, I know I am shaped by my experiences so far.
