Responsible for the implementation and management of client goals within a client-centred framework. As well as this further duties included:- Maintaining sound relationships with clients and families, ensuring support plans were reviewed and updated accordingly.- Identified, developed, implemented and maintained client routines and protocols to ensure effective and efficient delivery.- Developing and implementing client programs both inside and outside business hours, as well as ensuring clients aspirations and decisions regarding their community access programs were met and exceeded.- Managing a team of Support Workers as well as their clients, and ensuring smooth running of the community access venue.- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the community.

Commenced a casual role with Mosaic Support Services as a Disability Support Worker for 4 months before being internally promoted to Program Coordinator in Community Access.

During university, I worked part time as a member of the customer service and sales team at Macs Home Timber where I was involved in selling building products to large construction companies as well as to local handymen. Throughout the duration of my time there I was responsible for both calling and meeting with clients and helping them identify which products would best suit their needs, primarily in the timber yard. I was responsible for training new employees, including workplace safety training for the machinery as well as opening/ closing the timber yard.
