Providing timely and accurate acoustic cueing to operating and supporting forces, and to conduct continuous maritime surveillance. My role is to classify surface, subsurface and maritime air contacts via fixed and/or towed acoustic arrays, then track and report their movements to international agencies and Fleet commanders. Working as part of a Joint Command, ensuring where possible, a full situational awareness of the maritime picture is achieved at all times.

V(Ac) Sqn, Raf Waddington

Traditionally staffed at the Flight Sergeant/Staff Sergeant rank, I was responsible for fulfilling the transport and accommodation requirements of squadron personnel both within the UK and deployed overseas on military operations. Coordinating with the Air Movements Hub, operational commanders in theatre, and transport and accomodation departments across the RAF to ensure personnel were mobilised efficiently in order to maintain the mission capability and operational tempo, wherever needed across the globe, whilst reducing any possible disruption to UK and overseas operations.

Raf Waddington

Experienced, hard working imagery analyst. Providing timely intelligence products using Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. Products providing pattern of life studies, Indirect Fire (IDF) Points Of Origin, and change detection to aid counter improvised explosive devices (CIED).

Raf Digby

Vigilant, highly motivated and hard working defensive monitoring (DefMon) analyst. Ensuring the Communications Security (COMSEC) and Operational Security (OPSEC) of the RAF is maintained by monitoring telephone and radio network systems at Royal Air Force units across the globe. Responsible for the entire logistics process of the setting up of a DefMon detachment including transport, accommodation, administration and liaising with external agencies.

Responsible for the production of timely, accurate, fast jet derived imagery based intelligence reports to mission commanders for mission planning for future operations and post operational analysis. Working as part of a team or unsupervised to ensure the mission has all resources available to succeed.

Professional photographer and videographer for the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team "The Red Arrows". Providing flight safety video recordings of aerobatic displays, air-to-air/air-to-ground video and photographic imagery for public relations, engineering and fault reporting, portrait and identity photography along with forensic, medical and scenes of crimes photography.

Kandahar Airfield, Kandahar, Afghanistan

Working within a NATO combined intelligence environment for ISAF Regional Command (South)(CJ2, RC South). Responsible for the collation, analysis and dissemination of intelligence for the 16 districts of Kandahar Province. Briefing mission commanders upto 1 Star level, providing intelligence summaries and reports to troops going out on the ground within Kandahar City and the Province as a whole. Liaising directly with Afghan National Army (ANA) commanders, gaining local intelligence to aid ISAF forces to conduct their missions with the most up to date information.
