Led all aspects of the program's three grant opportunities (neighborhood stabilization, financial capability, and down-payment assistance) that included grants management and quality control and compliance. Oversaw a $12 million operating budget, a $110 million grant making budget, and 24 shared staff across the National Initiatives division. Identified an additional $2 million for grants through regular budget reviews, project projections, and cost-saving opportunities.

Demonstrated the grants community impact with an additional $10 million leveraged nationally, supporting 284 annual jobs with a labor annual income averaging $50,482 per worker, and economic activity realized across a range of sectors.
