Responsible for all operations at Warrior Logistics (24/7) in the Denver market. Warrior is the 5th largest contractor for FedEx Ground. Through strategic recruiting, proactive retention and solid customer service, the operation has experienced a 53% growth rate this year. My span of control is currently at 24 direct reports. I manage a fleet of 16 OTR trucks (7 dedicated routes and 9 wild teams), the related maintenance/warranty program, dispatching, staffing, scheduling and payroll. In addition, I am serving as the Safety Manager for 7 regions. I am responsible for safety communication, inspections, training, database management and accident investigations. I write all SOPs, Safety Briefings and manage DOT regulated programs to ensure compliance.

Reviewing sales department’s customer orders, evaluating suppliers, quality control of materials and tools requested by the customer, conducting inventory audits, safety evaluations, transportation safety evaluations, plotting routes for suppliers to efficiently arrive to customer destinations in a timely matter, training new hires, assess damaged inventory items. Determine need for equipment and supplies, and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, distributing in timely matter, maintaining quality service goals.

Developing policies and procedures for a department conducting an Oil Field Service. Creating SOPs, review and evaluating employees, revising recruitment and hiring procedures, meeting with customer reps, conducting safety audits, on call quality control, scheduling, leading and promoting team building exercises, weekly meetings with other department managers to develop future goals for business development timelines. Meeting with company Owner to report all issues and concerns of future development tasks, evaluate logistics department, control logistics issues for customer services. Improved customer contracts from five jobs to fifteen jobs with an average of 10-15 million in quarterly revenue growth.

At Xcell Energy, performed planning and breakdown maintenance, repairs, installations stationery equipment or facilities as determined by work orders, standard operating procedures and any legislation governing the industry. He troubleshot and resolved mechanical and electrical problems and conducted work within planned time frames without compromising the integrity of any equipment or facility.Entered reports on maintenance, repairs and diagnostics into the maintenance database prior to the end of each shift, providing sufficient detail for others. He measured and marked reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment; installed, maintained and serviced gas heating units and components. In addition, he advised clients regarding standards, safety features and maintenance of gas units and systems as well as repaired and serviced gas appliances and related equipment.
