Dresser-Rand’s EMAP program is a five year rotational program designed to develop the managerial and business acumen of its participants. Rotations are one and two years in duration and assignments focus on fields such as operations, manufacturing, client facing, field service etc.

•Develop technical and commercial proposals for D-R’s LNG compressor offerings based on customer requirements, industry standards and internal practices

•Management of union workers and 4 machining cells

•Active Duty, Deployed- Operation Iraqi Freedom July 2007 - June 2008•Served 10 months as the platoon leader of 34 soldiers. Responsible for planning, executing and supervising the 120+ combat missions the platoon completed• As platoon leader, planned and executed various construction and earth moving projects, working along side the local population. Coordinated with personnel from the Army and Marines, as-well-as Iraqi civilians in order to achieve planned objectives.•Directed the platoon’s transition from a heavy engineering unit to a route clearance unit. This included managing the transfer of $15 million worth of equipment, information and explosive ordinance as-well-as overseeing all soldier training•Promoted to Executive Officer with 2 months left in the deployment. Implemented the plan to bring all personnel and equipment from Iraq back into the United States
