Lds Indianapolis Temple/Meetinghouse

This is the first and only LDS Temple in the state of Indiana. This is a very expensive project with a very long schedule located at 116th and Sprinmill Road. There will be a total of three buildings going up on site. Project tasks incude but are not limited to coordinating all submittals and RFI's for all three projects, updating all project documents and FTP sites, assist in the quality BIM360 program as well as the the overall safety auditing, direction, and completion, of the project from initial bidding and buyout through project closeout. Directly assisting and managing subcontractors, contracts and project change orders.

Dow Agrosciences B314 - Bio-Science Labratory

This project is a $70 million, 196,921 sq ft Bio Science Laboratory. Personal tasks include being charge of coordination meetings for multiple site projects. I oversee all LEED documentation and LEED audits of credits. Handle all document control for Submittals, RFI's, ASI's and PR's. Assist in the quality and safety program and reporting, as well as assisting with scheduling, site logistics, and security badges.

Covance - B418 Vivarium Labratory Space

This project was a $6.7 million, 55,000 sq ft Vivarium Laboratory. This particular project had a very rushed schedule, being completed in 6 months with liquidated damages in place. We successfully met substantial completion and avoided all LD's. I served as the project coordinator, handling all submittals and RFI's. Developing and maintaining completion lists, supervising the night shift and assisting in the quality and safety program and processing background checks for security badges and site access. I also oversaw small interior renovations on two large animal vivarium labs on the campus at the same time.

This is a hard job to describe but I was side by side with Andrew Shiel for this time period. Assisting him in matters of Shiel Sexton Business and all things personally.

Managing and coordinating the Prequalification process as a service to all of Dow AgroSciences' job sites throughout the entire United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The program has seen a 525% increase in DAS site participation under my management. This position includes but is not limited to the following task: the coordination and managing of on-boarding of not only all contractors who step foot on DOW job sites, but also includes the on-boarding of sites and site leadership to the prequalification process. My team is responsible for helping contractors understand and complete the various aspects to the prequalification process, such as OSHA and past safety data, company EMR's, Hold Harmless Agreements, Core Written Safety Programs, Scopes of Work and Working Categories. I evaluate company data against DOW standards and national safety statistics, make assessments to contractors and consult DOW on safety recommendations. This position manages all levels of the prequalification process and coordinates with everyone from contractors to site leadership and regional hubs leaders, all the way to Responsible Care Leadership. As the prequalification manager I also assist in coordinating legal negotiations in regards to the hold harmless agreements. It is my goal and task to create an efficient experience for all those involved in the process while providing DOW and it's contractors with the safest work environment possible.
