I am a highly motivated, self-driven individual and an entrepreneur by nature. Life has taught me that. Without ever intending it, I have always leaned toward the choices that give me the ability to create my own success and, while it has never been the easy path, I have found it to be extremely rewarding.Even from a young age I have been a leader. Through high school I was a youth ministry leader for a local catholic youth ministry group. It was not apparent to me at the time the affect that it would have on my life. The experiences I shared with other teens, the many leadership training and listening skills workshops I attended, and the responsibilities assigned to me started cultivating who I am today and enlightened me to the career goals that I would find most fulfilling.Through those experience I have found that I enjoy helping people communicate and work more efficiently together. Combine that with my love of technology and you have my philosophy. Technology is a tool that should facilitate better communications and more efficient interactions between people. Technology should work for people and not the other way around. Since I have realized this I have striven to listen to and truly understand peoples needs within the workplace and adapt the technology used to better suit them.I have gone from network administration to web development and have now landed on this niche known as NetSuite. I have been working in NetSuite development since 2009 now and I am very excited about the opportunities it presents. The power, flexibility, and seemingly limitless customization truly allow me to adapt the technology to meet the individual and organizational needs of a company.
