• Planned pit sequencing for over 10 different pits between CC&V and Carlin Surface up to 250,000 tons/day and five loading units per pit, both in short term and 3-12+ month mid-range plans
• Conducted numerous economic studies to evaluate pit design alterations and dumping progressions to minimize EFH and maximize ore production resulting in thousands of additional ounces poured
• Responsible for identifying, designing, and executing over $2M in full potential savings projects, including haul road redesigns and project clay rerouting
• Consistently forward-thinking and problem solving, directing questions with potential solutions to other groups; allowing senior management to understand complications and avoid roadblocks
• Managed and created various data analysis sheets/daily reporting which fed into the decision making of senior management; adjusted as needed to highlight issues and prompt senior management decisions
