Selected to be representative/project lead for 100th Anniversary Victory Week Salute for 15,000-person organization. Developed/established safety and risk management procedures for a new organization to pass safety inspections. Trained and led team to effectively and safely deliver battlefield effects for over 630 missions, achieving overall successful rotation at National Training Center, ensuring a high level of readiness to deploy to Korea and execute support operations.

Effectively studied within a limited timeframe to achieve the highest score out of 40 personnel on a major safety exam. Led readiness testing on Division Artillery Readiness Test (DART) in order to set the standard for future organizations to follow.
