- Worked alongside teams from India, LA, Canada and Trinidad & Tobago to support Business Transformation Projects, Technology Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Project Management Support, Research and Consulting Services. - Provided nodal economic developmental writing for a Malawi Tourism Transformation Project, through assessing Tourism Development Potential, Infrastructure, Tourism Product & Capacity Challenges, Policy and Regulation. - Responsible for testing and conducting research for Avasant’s Global Equation Platform (A solution geared towards providing insight into service delivery geographies for global service providers for assessing service provider density, identifying location risks and advantages). - Prepared multiple Request for Proposals, Expression of Interest and Final Report documents for Avasant Foundation projects. - Consulted on a Jamaica Global Services Sector (GSS) Job Readiness project. * Reviewed and recommended curriculum updates for soft, cognitive and digital skills modules proposed, based on industry relevance and best practice. * Created based on recommendations soft, cognitive and digital skills modules. (Modules created were validated by Industry Leaders and Examination Board Representatives). * Examples of Digital Skills Curriculum modules include: Office 365, Data Analytics, UX Design, Mobile Application, Master Data Management and Entrepreneurship. - Responsible for design, execution and access control management for Google Classroom, Office 365 and G-Suite, which facilitated training delivery for the Avasant Foundation - Performed four (4) day Train-the-Trainer workshop online with twenty-five master trainers in the Digital Skills Curriculum created. Master trainers trained responsible for training one-thousand other trainers.- Supported development of multiple RadarView Reports (an independent assessment of the true capabilities of technology service providers)

- Assisted with the development and testing of Live Chat and Chat Bot on ttconnect.gov.tt and other Government websites (ttconnect.gov.tt is the Official website for the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago which provides access to Government services including links to government websites and e-services such as e-Tax and GATE). - Developed hacktt.gov.tt (the main website used for iGovTT’s 2019 Hackathon Competition)- Provided technical support for all HackTT related queries. - Led the upgrade of the Zabbix Server Project (main server monitoring tool for ttconnect.gov.tt) * Liaised with internal departments and external vendors for technical support and testing * Upgrade services included (Operating System updates, Application updates and Hardware upgrades) * Responsible for creating Zabbix Server final report documents - Tested TSTT’s e-Tender solution proposed to iGovTT * Created test cases, test plans and test logs based on functional and non-functional requirements * Recommended based on best practice solution improvements. - Responsible for creating ttconnect portal upgrade reports- Provided ttconnect portal content updates- Provided end user support using CRM, ITIM and CA Service Desk (provided support through performing: password resets, account deletions, user account updates and ticketing).
