This is a self employed role as a management consultant, working with NXGEN. Managing what was formerly our administration team and incorporating the client services role into the department. Expanding the team and taking on new employees to fulfil the departments new brief. Designing and implementing a new leasing process with a new global leasing company and monitoring and reviewing its performance.

Processing of applications for merchant banking, liaising with partner organisations and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate application handling and product distribution to our clients. Managing the administration team and ensuring all targets were met and exceeded. Liaising with company management and the board of directors to ensure accurate distribution of figures and pertinent MIS.

Working with a team of 80 business development managers nationwide to ensure all their requirements were fulfilled and requests actioned in a timely and organised manner. Managing expectations, product releases and new data and it's distribution to the UK team. Implementation and design of data distribution systems for the UK sales team.
