Allow me to introduce myself...I'm Nicholas and I reside in Duluth, Georgia. North east of Atlanta. I've been in fitness since the early 2000s. However, I never considered actually following it as a way of helping people achieve their fitness goals up until a year ago. Why, you ask?? Cause, at one time I was a Final Expense Life Insurance agent and I seen how people who were in their early 60s barely able to walk and having to use a cane or having to stop and sit down to take a breather just from taking a few steps. Seeing that truly made my heart cry cause here is this person of great intelligence and stories of how they grew up and what all they have seen and done...with awards, medals, and degrees from prestigious alma maters taking pride and joy as they spoke about all of what they have accomplished throughout their life. I could see in their eyes how that feeling of remembrance brought light and color back into their life.Only, to now face the reality of hurting on a daily basis....not able to move how they want in fear of their back or legs giving out at anytime without warning. That the thought of climbing stairs and falling is a very very real thing now cause they haven't the strength or mobility to lift their foot up high enough and may miss the step only to fall and perhaps hit their head in the process. Or the fact, that they have to ask for help to use the restroom. These were people who were only in their early 60s!!So, that's where it all began for me...if I'm able to help enough people in their late 20s, early 30s to 50s learn about nutrition and teach them about following a program that works for them...making them stronger, conditioned, balance and feeling young and vibrant as though they were in their 20s again then that would definitely give them a healthier advantage in the late stages of their lives.
