As the Operations Manager for ACPS Contracting, I oversee and coordinate a wide range of commercial and multi-family residential projects across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas. I manage teams specializing in painting, waterproofing, exterior metal panel installations, and other restoration services, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. My role involves resource allocation, client communication, and process optimization to consistently exceed client expectations and maintain our reputation for quality workmanship.

Continuous collaboration with the Executive and Leadership team to improve efficiency and security practices throughout the company’s operations. This is done through the development, improvement, and use of more effective and safe technological platforms, allowing for an increase in workplace productivity.The use of Microsoft’s 365 Administrative Portals, as well as many other network security practices allow for the ability to actively manage and protect the security of the organization's data systems. This includes working to build out and improve the IT Infrastructure both physically and digitally. This includes providing solutions to issues within these internal platforms and managing software/hardware throughout various locations (MD, TX, FL).

Coordinated and managed the set-up and breakdown of inflatable play stations, and supervised children during structured events, organized playgroups, and private and public events.

Researched data in the commodities and agriculture financial market, which assisted in the compilation of Futures Contract data into spreadsheets. Newsletters and updates were then posted on the company website on a weekly basis.

Worked with Philip and team in assisting the design and development of new additions to single family homes. This included learning how to build and remodel additions like decks, small balconies, and outdoor porches.

Under the supervision and guidance of a physician mentor:Investigated donor cadaver bone for use in vertebrate spine surgery by reviewing X-rays and CT scans for evidence of bony fusion. I was mentored on how to review data found in clinical charts regarding post-surgery outcomes which led to the ability to input results into a database on the preliminary compatibility between the donor cadaver bone and use in patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery.
