During the past 16+ years at Genesta, I have worked designing, deploying and supporting wired and wireless networks in multiple challenging environments, including warehousing, carpeted space, hospitality, retail and higher education.I have worked with a large retail customers IT staff to design corporate standards for wireless throughout stores and warehouses. I then worked with the Cisco account team on support of these standards and will roll-out for the customer.I have installed multiple outdoor wireless mesh networks for a large customer in the Southeast covering approximately 450+ acres as well as indoor wireless for both users and inventory/production services.I have worked with multiple customers as a MSP, managing their wired and wireless network, as well as their data center network.Experienced in Cisco VoIP solutions, including CallManager, Unity, CallManager Express, Unity Express and SIP technologies. Experienced with NetScout AirMagnet Pro, Cisco Spectrum Expert, WireShark and WildPackets.

Worked with consultants to keep Novell domain running, assisted in the roll-out of a new production, scheduling and sales system, and did general IT support on-site.
