•Maintain D3 Handheld Security System•Complete all reports / spreadsheets assigned to me by the Director•Complete and send Payroll for all site employees•Weekly Scheduling for 508 hour security / 120 hours of customer service deployment •Ensure all Officers are trained and understand their duties at the center•Complete site inspections and employee evaluation reports•Liaison between Public Safety personnel and Centers Management •Interview, hire and train new officers, completing all required HR paperwork•Create PowerPoint presentations for training and Special events•Create Excel spreadsheets for tracking and inventory•Customer service / Security Enforcement•Site Controller when Director is unavailable•Establish Deployment for 508 Security hours a week•Process vehicle and all personal accidents•Work with the center’s maintenance, engineers and cleaning personnel to make sure deficiencies are addressed•Relate all incidents to the Center’s management•Handle medical emergencies•Enforce all regulations to all members of the population•Work with local law enforcement agencies, fire and ambulance companies•Deal with emotionally charged individuals including parents and teenagers
